Mancare de galuste / Grits Dumplings Stew

De cand ma stiu, mama facea mancarea asta de toamna pana primavara, cu toate felurile de carne (pui, porc, vita), dar mie imi mai place s-o fac si vara, mai ales ca apar si legumele proaspete si imi place sa ingros sosul cu legume. Nu e o mancare complicata si o sa vedeti ca nici galustele nu se fac greu (desi unii asa ar zice).




























Ingrediente:


- carne de pui
- ceapa verde
- dovlecel
- morcovi
- rosii in suc propriu
- gris (3-4 linguri)
- oua
- patrunjel verde
- sare, piper, ulei



Mod de preparare:

Se curata puiul si se pune separat la fiert. Se lasa sa fiarba pe jumatate, apoi se adauga in sos.




Intr-o cratita separata se face sosul: se calesc impreuna ceapa, morcovii rasi, dovlecelul si rosiile tocate, se adauga apa cat sa le acopere si se lasa la fiert, la foc mic, cca 10-15 min. Dupa ce s-au inmuiat, se adauga carnea de pui pe jumatate fiarta.

























































Intre timp se fac galustile: se bat ouale bine, cu un praf de sare si piper, pana cand fac "bule" deasupra.
















































Se adauga grisul in ploaie si se bate bine, pana se incorporeaza si se formeaza o pasta fluida,

Se lasa sa se odihneasca cateva minute, apoi se incearca o galusca in sos. Daca se imprastie, atunci mai adaugati maxim 2 lingurite de gris si amestecati bine, daca nu, se formeaza galustile cu ajutorul unei (sau a doua, daca vreti sa dati forme egale galustilor) lingurite.







Se lasa totul la fiert cca 5-7 min, la foc mic, se adauga sare si piper dupa gust si patrunjelul verde tocat.
