Mujdei cu smantana / Garlic Sauce with Sour Cream

Continuam serialul "Mujdeiul" cu episodul 2: Fratele cel bun :D

- 3-4 catei de usturoi

- 2-3 linguri de smantana

- sare dupa gust

- marar proaspat

Mod de preparare:

Sunt doua moduri:

- unu: faceti mujdeiul clasic si apoi il amestecati cu smantana si marar


- pisati usturoiul si amestecati intr-un castron: usturoiul, smantana, mararul tocat si sare dupa gust.

Varianta asta imi place mai mult, pentru ca nu folosesc niciun strop de ulei si astfel nici mujdeiul nu-i gretos.
