Pui cu bere / Chicken with Beer

De multe ori raman in pana de idei, in special pentru cina. Si tot de multe ori, deschid frigiderul si stau in fata lui cateva minute bune (bine ca n-am de-ala cu piuitoare :)) ) si ma uit cam ce-as mai putea combina. Stiu ca cina ar trebui sa fie mai usoara, bla-bla, dar eu am carnivori in casa, care nu prea concep o masa fara carne. De-aia mai mereu am carne de pui in frigider, peste, legume, sosuri, chestii trestii balamale. Ei bine, acelasi lucru l-am patit si-n dupa-amiaza cu pricina, cand ma uitam lung la frigider, el la mine si tot asa. Noroc ca mi-am adus aminte ca mai am si niste bere si iata ce bine s-a potrivit!






Ingrediente:

- pulpe de pui
- ceapa
- usturoi
- bulion de rosii
- bere blonda (daca va place puteti sa puneti si neagra; noi nu prea obisnuim)
- marar, sare, piper, ulei de masline






Mod de preparare:

Punem pulpele la prajit in tigaie, cu putin ulei de masline si lasam sa se rumeneasca pe ambele parti.






Le scoatem si in zeama lasata de ele punem la calit ceapa si usturoiul tocate.




Se adauga si bulionul, se pun inapoi pulpele si se adauga berea cat sa le acopere si se lasa la fiert, la foc mic, cca 20-25 min, sau pana se face carnea.









Punem sare si piper dupa gust, marar tocat si servim alaturi de garnitura preferata. Noi am avut norocul sa primim si o sticla de braga, de la mama ei si tare bine a mers cu puiul asta :D
