Cartofi mortali

Am descoperit reteta asta acum 1900 primavara, pe saitul Culinar. Am scris-o si am pus-o la colectie. Evident, am uitat de ea. Prin 1900 toamna, tot cautand idei prin colectia de reteta am dat peste ea. Si am facut-o. De atunci a devenit una din preferate. Si pana la urma cui nu-i place un amestec de cartofi, carne si ou? Sunt sigura ca si voua, asa ca o sa v-o impartasesc.





Ingrediente:
- cartofi (cam 1/2 kg)
- 1 piept de pui
- 3 oua
- sare si piper




Mod de preparare:

Cartofii se pun la prajit, in ulei, asa cum se pun toti cartofii in ulei.



Carnea se taie in cubulete sau bucatele mici si cand cartofii capata crusta aurie se adauga in tigaie.



Cand carnea este facuta, se scurge uleiul din tigaie si se repune pe foc (tigaia, nu uleiul :P). Sfatul meu e sa scurgeti uleiul intr-o ulcica mica, pentru ca sa-l puteti refolosi la alta runda de cartofi.



Ouale se bat cu un praf de sare si se adauga in tigaie; pe portii. Deci daca aveti mai multe runde de cartofi, impartiti ouale batute la portii.



Se condimenteaza dupa gust cu sare si piper si, daca vreti, se poate rade si cascaval pe deasupra. Zi end!
