Prajitura cu visine / Sour Cherries Pie

Da, stiu, am facut prajitura! Nu va mai mirati atata, ca dulciuri mai fac eu, da' numai cateva si numai dupa retete probate si ... care-mi ies (pana) si mie :D Reteta asta despre care am sa va povestesc in continuare, este facuta de s_tana, de pe forumul Culinar (pe care n-am mai vazut-o de un secol, dar o pup daca cumva apare pe aici) si este pentru, sa zicem, incepatori ca mine. In plus se pot pune o gramada de fructe in ea, nu-i musai sa folosim visine. Da' hai sa vedeti, ca asa stam de vorba pana maine :P




Ingrediente:


2 oua
150 gr zahar + 1 plic de zahar vanilat
125 ml ulei
1 pahar de iaurt (de 125 gr)
300 gr faina + 2 lingurite praf de copt
fructe (pot fi visine sau alte fructe care va plac)



Mod de preparare:

Se amesteca ouale intregi, iaurtul, uleiul, zaharul si zaharul vanilat pana se obtine o crema omogena.





























Faina si praful de copt se amesteca separat, apoi se incorporeaza treptat la celelalte ingrediente.




Se toarna aluatul intr-o tava (la cantitatile astea e bine de folosit o tava mai mica; nu am masurile tavii pe care o folosesc eu, dar o sa va dati seama si voi dupa ce vedeti cantitatea de aluat) se se pun fructele, date in prealabil prin faina.

































Se coace 35 de min la 185 grade C.

And so tasty! For me it's the perfect amount of sugar and the perfect amount of fruits.
You can also try it with cherries or peaches.
