Paste cu sos de carne / Mince Sauce Pasta

Noi mai mancam paste fainoase si am incercat mai multe variante dar nici una nu ne-a placut mai mult decat varianta asta cu sos de carne. In afara de faptul ca se face foarte usor este si foarte satioasa, asa ca poti sa mai pacalesti familionul sa sara peste o masa :D






Ingrediente:
- carne tocata (cel mai bun mi se pare amestecul de porc-vita, plus ca este si la indemana oricui)
- ceapa
- usturoi
- rosii taiate, in suc propriu
- masline
- spaghete
- sare, ulei



Mod de preparare:

Intai de toate punem spaghetele la fiert conform instructiunilor de pe pachet (sau ochiometric :P). Atentie sa nu le fierbeti prea mult!



Intr-o tigaie punem o lingura de ulei si carnea si o lasam la foc mic pana isi schimba culoarea.




Adaugam ceapa tocata marunt




rosiile tocate




maslinele




si usturoiul si lasam la fiert, la foc mic, maxim 10 min sau pana se ingroasa sosul. Adaugam sare si piper dupa gust.
