Gulas cu galuste / Dumplings Goulash

Sotul a fost plecat prin tara cu diverse treburi si prin preumblari a ajuns si prin Ardeal. Cand a ajuns acasa mi-a zis foarte entuziasmat ca a mancat un gulas cu "ceva aluat" in el :)) A fost surprins sa afle ca sunt galuste din faina. Si cum trebuia sa fac mancare m-am gandit sa-i fac o surpriza si sa-i fac tot gulas, tot cu galuste din faina. Si surpriza a avut efect :D





Ingrediente:

- carne de vitel
- cartofi (multi :D)
- ceapa (se pune tot multa, da' a mea a fost destul de mare, asa ca m-am rezumat la 3)
- morcovi
- bulion de rosii
- faina (cam 3 linguri)
- gris (cam 2 linguri)
- paprika dulce (cam 1 lingura)
- ou
- chimen
- ceva verdeata (marar)



Mod de preparare:

Se pun bucatile de carne la calit, cu un pic de ulei, pana isi schimba culoarea.








Se pune apa cat sa acopere carnea si se adauga:
ceapa (in mod normal se taie marunt, insa mie imi place solzisori)



cartofii si morcovii





se adauga inca o cana - doua de apa si se lasa la fiert, la foc mic, cca 40 min. In timp ce fierbe se adauga si bulionul de rosii, paprika si chimenul macinat.





Galustele se fac din ou, amestecat cu faina, gris si un praf de sare. Daca aluatul vi se pare prea tare puteti adauga 1-2 linguri de apa.







Se formeaza galusti de marinea unei jumatati de lingurite si se pun in gulas.



Se mai lasa la fiert, tot la foc mic, cam 7-8 min, se potriveste de sare si piper, se adauga verdeata si se inchide focul.
